Our Vision

Nestled in the City of Thousand Oaks on Hampshire Road south of the Highway 101 and Thousand Oaks Boulevard lies T.O. Ranch. Our vision for T.O. Ranch is to provide a vibrant mixed-use community that combines residential with restaurants and retail that will connect Westlake Village with Thousand Oaks through the Hampshire Road corridor. T.O. Ranch will be a blend of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes and two-, three- and four-bedroom rental townhomes. At T.O.
