As the screen zooms closer to the community, the retail spaces appear. There are people eating at a market and walking on pedestrian pathways. The community itself has lush landscaping throughout. As the screen continues to pan within the T.O. Ranch community exterior areas, there are more pedestrians and lush landscaping as well as residents enjoying the resort-style pool area.
A new community perspective appears, and there are people enjoying the paseos within the community. There are park benches and a grass lawn with people.
A new view of the community showcases apartment units with private balconies. Through the windows on the exterior of the building, modern furnished homes are visible. The video continues to travel throughout the community until it ends up where it started – at the front of the community with retail spaces where people are enjoying the coffee shop, market, and other community areas.
The screen cuts to a new perspective of the community showing people enjoying the exterior courtyard pathways. The courtyard is bordered by apartment units and is landscaped with lush greenery.
